Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached (not removable), and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, giveaways, or gift cards.

1. Swimwear is considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless the item was damaged or defective when it was delivered to you.

2. Final sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the product was damaged or faulty when it was delivered to you.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially issued.

Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected] and send your item to:

Return shipping is at your expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchange to arrive.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
